I take Pure Encapsulations MicroDefense 3 to 4 times a year to kill parasites and bad bacteria. This has been the most effective treatment for my condition (SIBO/parasite infection) to date. I take 3 capsules 3x a day for 10 days and then take a 5 day break. Then I do a second round of 3 capsules 3x a day to capture anything that wasn’t caught in the first round. It has not cured SIBO but it reduces symptoms. 

I initially took this under the guidance of a naturopath. I had a parasite infection for 17 years and this reduced symptoms (constant, intense abdominal pain and fatigue) by 85%.

MicroDefense contains wormwood which shouldn’t be taken under certain circumstances (pregnancy, if you suffer from seizures, etc). Expect side effects for the first 3 days or so -- it will detox you. It’s best taken on days where you don’t have to go to work or school.

I've read that Biotics Research FC-Cidal + Biotics Research Dysbiocide are comparable to MicroDefense. I will try them one day to see if this combo can kill the remaining bacteria.
